In case of delays (e.g. traffic jam, breakdown, accident), you and your customer will always know where your goods are. In addition, you will be informed immediately by telephone by our employees. Your customers will be informed about this service in advance by e-mail.

Our shipment tracking system allows the customer to call up the exact arrival time of our vehicle with your goods from 7 p.m. on the day before delivery. On the day of delivery, this time is updated every 15 minutes. This allows us to keep the time window of your delivery so small that the end customer, specialist dealers and fitters can make optimum use of your time.
